Though the location of Flamingo Bingo is convenient, Miller doesn’t mind making the 40-minute drive to Treasure Island because the prize money tends to be higher. 'We might not win every time we play,' Miller said, 'but when you do win it’s definitely worth it.' Though the couple doesn’t always win, Miller says he enjoys playing the game nevertheless. Miller estimates that he and his wife, LaDonna, play about three times per week at either Flamingo Bingo or Treasure Island Casino in Red Wing. Former Flamingo Bingo employee and frequent bingo player Scott Miller is more than familiar with the ins and outs of the game.
